I recently visited Hardee’s and was extremely disappointed with the food I received. The burger was dry and overcooked, the fries were cold and stale, and the drink was watered down. It was clear that the food had been sitting out for a while, and was not made fresh.

This Hardee’s location TERRIBLE. Management is responsible for their staffs so let’s just say the entire team is incompetent. The service was inappropriate let along the food. The food is/was a waste. This location use to be decent a few years ago BUT NOW, definitely will not be back. Fries were stale as if been sitting since opening, the burger OMG I’m not even sure if it was a burger (trashed the entire meal) only decent thing was the soft drink. Money down the drain for sure!!!

Had to wait outside after coming through the drive thru for cold chicken tenders. This location service is so bad, I think it’ll be closed down soon. If you ever see a drive thru that’s always empty, there’s a reason.

I liked this fast food restaurant. The sandwich I ate was really good and the chicken breast in it was juicy and tasty, the seasoning on the cheesy garlic fries is a little too salty though. The employees were very friendly and the whole place was very clean

This location used to have the best breakfast. I was ordering breakfast at least once a week. The past 2 or so weeks, the food quality has dropped. No one likes a crunchy biscuit you can put a hole in the wall with. This morning was absolutely unacceptable. I typically order a country ham, egg, & cheese biscuit. At first, I thought I had been mistakenly given a bacon, egg, & cheese biscuit. NOPE, the country ham was way overcooked. Check out my picture of “country ham” . Looks like bacon, but it’s burnt and crispy ham. I will no longer purchase through this location.

Worse fake Carl’s Jr imitation ever. I gave this place a second chance after I had chicken club awhile back. Chicken club was nasty, tasted nothing like Carl’s Jr chicken club. Today I ordered Western Bacon Cheese Burger, thinking they can’t go wrong, got home, burger was flat n missing onion rings, and it was dry, bbq sauce has no flavor. I gave it to my dog. They say Hardee’s like Carl’s Jr. I mean it has the same logo, same menu, but ingredients Hardee’s use is not the same as Carl’s Jr, it taste cheap, lacking flavor, and burger is smaller, but yet they charge same expensive price like Carl’s Jr. They need to closed Hardee’s down or change the logo cos it’s not freakn Carl’s Jr!
