First time and my last time. The manager has a short temper and I don’t think he should be working there. I felt unwelcome. Please Hardee’s Monroe doesn’t need that atmosphere. I am never going to another Hardee’s. I don’t understand how you have such bad reviews with such a welcoming town filled with kind souls. Please if you don’t want to be in the food industry you don’t have to.

Ised to love it. Now they are always out of food and drinks. Staff used to acknowledge you but now it’s a shot in the dark. Their cokes tastes like they don’t have enough caramel or something. And they’re hot out of the machine, so if you order with no ice for sensitivity to cold, you don’t have to worry as it will be almost hot. Get the ice! Flies always buzzing around the serving window at drive thru. Likely won’t return ever again since last three tries they were out of certain types of burgers and then finally they had no soda one day and just milk and lemonade and tea. Hate all three of those when it comes to burger and fries.

Every time I stop to get breakfast here my food is just thrown in the bag . Hash browns are all over the bag . Biscuits and gravy is just in a bowl and it’s not in a box . No forks, the straws are from the dollar store they don’t even fit the cup . Half the time they give me the wrong drink . Y’all need better service.

Me and my friend were ordering at the drive thru and like three different people was trying to talk to us at the drive thru speaker saying they couldn’t hear me and they didn’t know what I was talking about when I ordered and to drive around to the window but as soon as I got to the window one of the employees was doing TikTok dances in the back ground and I asked for the same Items as I did in the drive thru but now they know what I’m talking about after I made a comment about the girl dancing instead of getting my order right smh my drink was not right and my food was cold btw ‍♀️ never again will I go back there..
