This location has some strange hours but the staff is always amazingly nice and patient. I’ve never had an order be wrong and sometimes they are extremely busy (and obviously overwhelmed) but they never fail to be helpful and polite. The food is good and if there is any issues, know they’ll fix it. I order often on the Hardee’s app and it’s easy and always ready. This staff needs recognition for their hard work and super nice customer service!

We visited this place at around 5pm. When we got our food the fries were burned and hard, barely eatable. The burguer buns were cold and hard. Meat and chicken were ok. Got a coke and it lacked flavor. No sweet tea. Also, while we were eating a guy walked in and had to wait around 5 minutes to order even though it was empty.

Dinner time food is horrible. 87 health score is not a good look . The only thing Hardee’s dose right is breakfast so why not serve it all day.. What happened to the Big chicken sandwich? The new one is just plain nasty. Haven’t eaten in Hardee’s in a long time and now I remember why. Will be a long time again too.

Customer service is always horrible. The last time going through the drive thru the employee felt it was appropriate to just stare at me with the most hateful look, and never spoke a word to me once I was at the window. Don’t bother wasting your time emailing the company as instructed on the receipt either. Never received any kind of reply. I will never spend another dollar at any location.
