Lives nearby so I was glad Hardees opened. Never minded waiting in line because their hamburgers were excellent. Lately by the time you get from the speaker to the window 2 fully loaded hamburgers are ready. Obviously they are reheating already cooked hamburgers because the part of the burger outside of the bun is hard and dark but the inside of burger that is completely covered by bun is mushy and not as overdone. There is no way two 1/3 pound thick burgers are done in the time it takes to get from the speaker to the window with no other cars waiting. This is why there aren’t lines at the drive-through like there used to be. Such a shame because they are great at sending coupons in the mail. It is also a shame because this is a great to make your customers sick by rewarming an already cooked hamburger that could have been cooked hours ago. Next time you order hamburgers, look and see if the burger in between the buns is as hard and dark as the part of burger hanging out of the buns

Only Swiss cheese, Only bacon……..see anything wrong with this picture? This happens a regular basis with the Chickamauga branch. I should know better by now! This may have been the hair for me, you can’t follow simple directions? The person taking my order did their job! All I ask is for you to follow directions!!!! Garbage pure garbage service for a less than a year old establishment, do not give this business any of your money!!! And now my child won’t eat the chicken fingers because they taste “like a box”……

Rude rude rude… Honestly I have never been at a loss of words but around here we respect our elders and the lady working the drive thru window looked to be 65+ so I chose to let it go but she yanked my card out of my hand after I inquired why the total was so high, she never really answered the question then pretty much threw food at me. When I got home I realized why my total was so high. She had rang up the wrong thing and when I called to speak to a manager he would not listen to my issue just told me if I wanted it fixed come back with the receipt and hung up on me
