Asked about mobile order, told to go to 1st window. 10 mins total trip. Food cold. Always slow with that place. Once waited 45 mins for breakfast order. Placed inside. Used to love Hardee’s. Ordered online, got there 5 minutes later. Lady at the speaker told me they’re just seeing it come through so it’ll be a couple mins. Understandable. Means it should be hot right? Wrong. Chicken tenders cold, fries cold. Why’d I have to wait 15 minutes to get cold food is beyond me. Guaranteed worst Hardee’s there is and I’d rather eat my bed sheets then come back here.

Young man at counter is polite and efficient. But oh my word SLOWEST fast food restaurant I’ve ordered from. 10 minutes for 2 double cheeseburger meals. And this isn’t just one time during rush hour. This is a Tuesday 2 pm. Nobody in the drive through, and other random slow times. Never busy, always slow.

I placed a mobile order on the app around 7pm. When I got to the restaurant they appeared to be closed and no one was inside. There was no sign stating they were closed & Google says they close at 10pm. So now I will have to dispute the charge from my bank because I wasn’t able to cancel my order.

Ate there today and will never eat there again my bun was flat as a pancake. I threw the bun and the tomato away, tomato was white looking. I ate some of the meat and was sick afterwards, never again.
