Ordered our food. Drive thru was very slow. Was told to pull up and it would be brought out. Several cars behind us were given their orders before we finally had to go in and complain. Was told by the counter person that we didn’t have to come back before manager came out. Fries were old and not hot. Also missing items on order. Will never be back and will call corporate as soon as we get back home. POOR SERVICE. Don’t stop here!

At first there were only two staff members working and they were not going to allow us to dine in but they changed their minds. Service was a bit slow with only two staff working. Two more came in at some point. They became quite busy while there. The lady working the front counter was kind and apologize frequently but they were working as quickly as possible. The food was good and fresh. We had a party of six.

⁰Long wait, ordered chicken wraps, very disappointed. The chicken strips were hard and were only a inch and a half long. The lettuce was the outside of the head, the part that you normally throw out.

Pulled up to the drive through at 8:45pm they greeted me as they normally would and then immediately followed up with “actually we are closed at the moment”. Website says open til 9pm but apparently according to this and other reviews that’s not true. Lazy.

Pulled up after a late doctor appointment on our way home and hour away. The sign say “we’re open” was It was 8:50 when we pulled up to the drive thru. We were looking at the menu when an employee outside on her phone yelled “Excuse me….they’ve already shut down the grill cause we’re about to close.”

Went to the Ray City Hardee’s, got the double monster burger combo, asked for a chocolate milk shake instead of a soda, and was denied because they didn’t have lids, REALLY!?!?!. A prefect meal wrecked for not having a “REQUIRED” lid so sell a milk shake. I even said I’ll accept spill responsibility. NO GO. Oh well, off to the Ray City McDonalds to see if they have milk shakeS ( they never do.). OMG McDonald’s saves the day! They had chocolate milk shakes. I forgot my wife’s Hardee’s order, so back to Hardee’s. Ordered a 3 piece chicken nugget meal with onion rings. Had a different server, told her McDonald’s sold me a chocolate milkshake, and the problem I had earlier, she said next time if I have a problem ask for Jasmine. And I will.
