I went through drive through Monday evening and ordered chicken tenders and a fried chicken sandwich combo. The chicken strips were great. They were hot and tender. However, the chicken sandwich we received was grilled, rather than fried and was like rubber. It was inedible. The French fries were cold. I look forward to seeing improvements in the restaurant in the future as we really need a good place to eat in Jasper.

This is the cleanest Hardee’s that I have visited inside and outside. You could see that the kitchen was also spotless and the employee prepping the food didn’t touch anything with his gloves but the food. The way the job should be performed.

Great customer service. The best Hardee’s I’ve been to. When I’m in town I love to stop by all thanks to Alicia Youngblood, a manager that works there. She made my ordering easy for me an my family. She was very cheerful like she actually liked her job and with her being in a good mood it made me in a good one too

I actually used to work at this establishment And I always tried my hardest to get food out fast and make sure orders were made correctly.Even as an employee my food was always made wrong on my days off Even when I came in for dinner after my morning shift. I quit bc noone cares, really. Food sitting and cashiers and managers looking lost. I love hardees food so I eat in live oak. The gm is awesome and food I’ve received from there while shopping in live oak has always been hott n fresh. I was pulled forward for fresh tenders in which I only received half fresh, I guess it didn’t matter I used to work there but now I’m a customer. ….. oh n my fries were cold and half full. Their motto is fluff not stuff the fries, but we pay 3$ + for a large fry n only barely full. Ex employee or not I’m a customer now n I give credit where credit is due. Shout out to meisha, janis,Nancy, miranda, deyahna, Robert, matt, montrevia,annette for always working hard and when they are there my order is correct.

I love their food but here lately it’s not been so great. They had the best chicken club sandwich until they changed the chicken they use. Their menu has always been a little over priced but $5 for a milk shake is pretty high especially when they only give you a half of a milk shake. We bought 1 yesterday and 2 today and all of them have been half full.

Went to Hardee’s in Jasper, and had to repeat my order four times. When I got to the window I was handed half my order, then had to give my receipt back to get the rest of my order. They had no small hamburger patties. No milk to make milkshakes didn’t asked if I wanted dipping sauce for my chicken tenders. Seems like no one wants to work and if they show up they do half a job.

I waited in the drivetru for 30 mins, went to the window and the two black males working looked at me multiple times and waked away. . Went bac to the drivethru and waited more only to return to window. Finally shined my light and hit my siren until someone walked to the window. Said they were closed. I said now I bet, but I’ve been in the drivethru over 30 mins two times. The reply was they closed 30 mins ago. I said y’all close at 10.
