Had the breakfast platter. Very economical and yet so tasty. Slices of crispy bacon, soft egg omelette, fluffy biscuit and sausage gravy. And love love those tater tots with some ketchup. Ordered 2 apple pies for just $1! Very happy.

I understand it’s a holiday and you’re forced to work a shift at work. But just because you don’t want to be there doesn’t mean you should mess other people’s food up. This was just unacceptable. Good service, good food, not so great drive thru/parking lot. I like Hardee’s food more than McDonald’s unlike most people it seems. Which is great for me because for the most part when McDonald’s is packed and crowded you can go to Hardee’s and have free reign of the place. The main times when you might have long waiting times are on Fri and Saturday nights and breakfast any day of the week. As I mentioned I prefer it to McDonald’s, or even Wendy’s across the street. But it’s what you expect from a fast food place overall

Normally the best service! Today I Had an experience with “bri” who was NOT friendly from the speaker to the window! there was a small misunderstanding at the speaker which burger… instead of simply explaining what she was asking She just put down what she wanted got to the window , I asked for the girl to repeat it because I already knew based off what I just experienced at the speaker something had to be wrong on the order … the girl at the window SUPER ACCOMMODATING and nice! Read back the order & it was wrong , by then couldn’t even replace it “bri” threw the bag at her on the counter with most the fry’s flying out on the counter the poor girl kept her composure and was apologizing but was clearly SO embarrassed!! I was embarrassed for her … and I could not get anything fixed! She’s clearly very comfortable in her position that she should no longer be in to treat her team workers and a customer in such a nasty Demanor! Off something so SIMPLE. You can tell she carry’s herself this way on a daily! im sure I’m not the first or last.. & I am not “one of those” customers I’ve worked fast food before for years would never come to complain or even get my food fixed I take the lose . But her behavior is DISGUSTING! & should very well be corrected.. that’s all …. & thank you to whoever was at the window! Super sweet girl!!

I really only come here for the family cause I’ve had so many bad experiences there but today was far better than the rest. Jay (the gentleman working the window) was very nice and helpful, offered napkins and asked if we needed or want anything condiments or jelly and twice he made sure we had everything. I know a lot of people would say “oh he’s just doing his job” but he does it with an attitude like he actually wants us to have a great morning. 9/10 times dealing with someone in fast food they act like they hate their life and is just there for a paycheck. Give Jay a raise or a promotion.
