Solid 4 stars. Food was hot. Little messy -heavy mayo!?? Borderline attitude from drive through?? Not holding Hardee’s at fault. Maybe she was having a bad day?? Not sure I’ve ever seen a lid system like this one lol!! I didn’t order the Sombrero Coke??

This was our first time eating here and we were very disappointed. We waited at the drive through window for 15 mins when it did not look busy and then when we finally got our food and brought it home to eat both of our burgers were burnt and disgusting the lettuce was full of burnt charcoal as well.

Burgers are good. In the past they used to have really good biscuits. Now they have a spongy texture and are not that great. Once in a blue moon I get a sausage egg and cheese biscuit in hopes for the past to return and no luck. Also, their sausage egg and cheese biscuit is the most expensive compared to other surrounding drive thru fast food restaurant. Service is always quick and staff is friendly.

The staff are nice people although understaffed. But I cannot excuse the quality of food just because the service is good. I’m enclosing a picture of what I received this time. I did not leave a review last time for the old tasting grease and extremely salty fries. I really wanted to give them another try. They have failed me once again. So disappointed in the burnt burger.

Not a fan but I do like certain employees that r very helpful & friendly. Honestly I don’t eat here much unless I have coupons cuz I feel they r overpriced for what u get. It doesn’t help that my kid doesn’t like them cuz their toys r not the best.

I hadn’t been to Hardee’s in years. I really wanted biscuit and gravy, hashbrowns and a sprite. I decided to dine in because it was cold outside and wanted a hot meal. That was far from what I got. The only thing that was hot, was my biscuit. Everything else was as cold as my Sprite. I didn’t complain because the guy that waited on me was new and I didn’t want him to get into trouble. So I ate it. I won’t come back for awhile, it’s sad top, because the biscuit and gravy used to always be good.

At the drive thru mic I felt rushed to place my order and I pull up to the window to pay and Kelly was rude about a biscuit that was ordered and and kept calling it a jelly biscuit when in fact it was a plain biscuit that i ordered. Then started yelling after I paid saying “this is why I don’t like doing drive thru” just sorry customer service on Kelly’s behalf this doesn’t not reflect on the rest of the crew there because I have been there many times in the past and the customer service has been great and very friendly and will not effect me returning to the restaurant . But i felt the need make the management aware so that it can be addressed.

I don’t eat much fast food. But the employees are always nice and kind, and your grilled chicken club I’ve ever had I love it I hope it never gets discontinued. No other fast food offers grilled chicken and the taste is amazing. Thank You for creating an incredible grilled chicken sandwich.
