I’ve lived in the area for about 7 years. I’ve never visited this Hardee’s until today. I will not be returning. First, the microphone system was down so after waiting in line for about 5 minutes being first in line at the microphone no one was speaking to me. I pulled up to the window where a nice gentleman came out and took my order car side. He was very attentive and I had forgotten about the broken speakerphone situation. He gave me the coke I had ordered and asked if I parked in a parking spot while they finished making my food. 15 minutes went by. I waited patiently. After 20 minutes a young woman came out and explained that my food was almost ready. A minute later she returned with what you seeing the photos. My mushroom Swiss burger contained no mushrooms, was burnt and extremely flattened. My chicken club was probably one of the most disgusting things I’ve ever eaten. The chicken was rubbery and an edible. The sauce tasted like it had expired. 7 years living nearby and I regret my first and only visit. I feel ill.. I do not know how this place stays in business.

The food there is ok. Twice while sitting in the dining room I can see what appears to be a manager harassing the male employees. I can see the young man “running” from her while she barks orders while he’s already working. A couple months ago this same Carrie lady told a different guy “you aren’t gon be happy here, everybody here works for me”. My sister has noticed it’s only the black employees. I get the feeling she’s definitely racist and definitely hates men.

Ate once inside and drive thru for breakfast. Good fast service & food. Clean. Inside you can pour your own coffee. I like that. Fresh real cracked eggs. Reccomend breakfast platter, biscuits & gravy and I like the Frisco sandwhich. Tots you get plenty off and isn’t too greasy.

They sold my daughter a quarter of a milkshake for full price then didn’t want to give her a another drink. Tried taking the little bit they gave her back, she Is 5. Manager had a bad attitude. This is a slow location already and now I know why

Ask for a fresh biscuit with my bacon egg and cheese sandwich. Gave me a biscuit that felt like rubber that was soggy had been sitting on the shelf for who knows how long told them I wanted a scrambled egg not the fried egg they gave me a fried egg sandwich two times in a row. Then proceeded to tell me they don’t do the scrambled eggs at all anymore yet they have a loaded omelette biscuit that has a scrambled egg on the menu with a picture of it on the board what a joke at this Hardee’s will never be back to this would not recommend to anybody else either manager was worse than the people at the counter she thought it was a joke that I tried to get my money back and then couldn’t operate the register properly to do a refund

I usually love garde’s, but this has to be one of my worst experience.. 8 did a online order to pick up through drive thru. 7 get there no problem at first, after waiting 7 minutes she comes back and tells me they’re out of fish, well ok since it’s already been paid for can you just substitute it for the delex han and cheese, ok then she also said we don’t have sweet tea I said fine what about sprite. Thinking it was still ok I ended up with 2 small sliders,!!!!

I had the mushroom Swiss burger. I guess if you put 1 slice of mushroom on it, you can call it a mushroom burger. Other than that, my burger was good. The fries were slightly warmer than room temperature. My apple pie was cold like it had been sitting out all day.
