They forgot our french fries. Had to pull back around and get them . My sandwich was wrong. The poor girl at the window was doing her best while the manager was outside talking on her cell phone. The girl at the window had actually been there since about 9 am. Because she actually waited on my husband this a.m. They are the only place in this town open past 9 so we are really stuck with subpar food

I wish I did not have to leave a star in order to leave a review. This Hardee’s needs a health inspector to come and inspect the place. The manager is dressed in dirty clothes and will hand you food with dirty hands. The restraunt back door is always open and you can see that the kitchen is not clean. Either shut the place down or hire better management that will maintain efficiency and cleanliness.

I’m just going to start with the bathrooms. MOST DISGUSTING BATHROOMS!!!!! The paper towel machine is broken. And. It. Smells. Horrid. Staff is very unfriendly and I’m going to say this nicely…”interesting”. They were blaring heavy metal????? And the staffs “friend” was in there hanging out????? We ate our food very quickly because the “friend” started a fight with another customer and the staff thought it was “funny”???The food was actually really good. Fresh and hot and good quality to be fast food. But everything else was a dumpster fire. They need to entirely replace the whole entire staff amd it would solve alot of problems.

Our 4 meal order was completely messed up!! They had to make entire order over. Took them over 30 minutes to get our food order right. Also manager behind counter was very rude to us when we had asked for our receipt which thy forgot to put in bag which we had to come back to the store to get. Very rude service a customer that was in line next to us had asked the manager lady to calm down. Also this lady was on her phone while gathering our order. This is not acceptable at all!
