What horrible service! I arrived and gave my order through drive thru at 6:45 pm. Was asked to pull forward to wait. Went to enter the lobby to use the restroom and all doors were locked-in summer, before dark. They close at 8 pm.

This location should close. It’s an insult to food. Avoid this location at all costs. However, if you like screaming your order into the drive-thru speaker 17 times only to have to repeat it again at the window this is the place for you. If you have nothing to do one afternoon pull up to the speaker, scream your order multiple times, and settle in for a long, long wait. But I warn you: your food will be ice cold when you finally do get it. This is, without a doubt, the most comically inept restaurant in Pensacola.

Just went through after giving the place a break for a year. I can see we need another break. Great service, fast, but essentially served me sarcastically bad food. I can only assume they have items pre-made since the cheese wouldn’t melt on anything and was still cold on the sandwich.

I ate breakfast here, and it surpassed my best expectations! The egg biscuit was large, fresh, and delicious! Then the egg tasted like a real scrambled egg that overfilled the biscuit! I also had gravy, and it was great too!! Now I have to try lunch/dinner!!

Went for lunch & was only customer waiting to order – had to wait 10 minutes to have order taken. Waited 15 minutes after that for food that was ok but not great. The other 3 customers that were there had been waiting on their food for sometime also. One guy said it had been 30 minutes since he ordered (he was an employee that had recently got off shift). Doubt we’ll go to this location again.

Line was around the building at 9am, but I spent less than 10 minutes in line. Fast and friendly! Hot Honey Chicken Waffle sandwich was excellent! Just the right amount of kick, and the chicken was really juicy.

Second review. If you want to go after 5pm, flip a coin. If its tails, don’t come here, they decided to close early. Sounds like a joke, but they are closed more than they are open. Ignore the hours you’re given. Just went today at 6 and they were closed. I guess they see themselves as just a breakfast place and the rest of us can F off!
