This place should be shut down! Worst sandwich in fast food. I got the fried chicken sandwich & I don’t know when the fryer oil was changed last….the sandwich tasted like they used the oil from their cars last oil change & the breading on the sandwich was mud brown! We threw 3 sandwiches in the trash. They were dry & had no type dressing on them & were smothered with pickles. Will never go back to them again!

I always get the steak biscuit, and I order it fresh cooked. That way it’s juicier. Sometimes they try to reheat it, but I can tell. That’s the only problem I have with them. Other than that everything is great. Never a long wait, everyone is really nice and it is clean. Which is a must!!!

It was awful! We ordered the Frisco burger which is supposed to be a burger on a greasy GRILLED SOURDOUGH BUN with bacon, cheese, mayo, & tomatoes but what we got was a burger, 1 piece of yesterday’s bacon, cheese, extremely to much mayo, 1 old, tiny, end piece of a tomatoe on a cold, plain sourdough bun. The only good part of the whole $8 sandwich was the burger. The rest got thrown away & we were both left still being hungry & we live so far away it wasn’t worth going all the way back but I won’t be visiting this place again.

Stood at the counter for 15 minutes and was only acknowledged when I rang the bell. Then another 10 min. While several others stood there waiting on their order. Finally I just left. Its inexcusable at a “fast food” restaurant. Was really hungry for a mushroom Swiss too! Oh well.

This Hardee’s is pure garbage. Whoever the GM is should be ashamed of themselves. Half the time the drive thru isn’t open, but there was new signage, so I thought I’d give it another shot. After waiting more than 5 minutes, with no one else in line, as I was about to drive away, I was finally greeted, only to be told to hold on. Okay, there IS someone working at this place. I waited more than 5 more minutes & they never came back on the speaker, so I drove off and went to Wendy’s, which was delicious! Just give it up, Hardee’s. This place isn’t worth the gas station it’s attached to.
