I stopped by Hardee’s to get breakfast on 08.27.23 @ 9:59 am. Was a little busy but the team working at this Hardee’s is so amazing! Greeted when came in the door, line moved quite swiftly, order was correct, food was great! The Team lead here did an amazing job from her positivity and motivation she provided her team to even training on how to better ring in things on the register! Great job by all!!!

Today was our first day to go inside to eat, and it was a wonderful experience. The manager on duty kept the team going. Everybody was engaged and friendly and polite. I didn’t catch the name of the cashier or the manager but they were wonderful. Previously I’ve always gone through the drive-through and the girl that waits on me. I think Andrea not sure is also super wonderful. This restaurant the morning staff could teach others how to do a good job.

Food old and cold leftovers. I have been to Hardee’s at many locations as I travel for Construction as a commercial superintendent throughout the country. Avery high percentage of them is excellent with fresh offerings! Write offs are a managers enemy and it affects their bonus/bottom line and unfortunately this location valued profit over company policy.

I love Carl’s Jr aka Hardee’s. You know what you get regardless of the restaurant. This particular one was better yet because of the staff. Friendly, super pleasant, and welcoming voice over the speaker, good food. I always stop there on my way home from the beach.

Good service, decent environment, disappointing food. Kid’s meal had a grilled cheese sandwich of thick white bread with barely a smear of cheese. Fries were sub-standard, going stale less than halfway through. Go to McDonald’s a block away instead.

We have eaten here twice now. Breakfast is always hot, fresh and excellent. We decided to swing in for lunch. They were busy but on their A game. Our burgers were steaming hot. The fries crispy and fresh too. Great service and a super clean restaurant located inside the Loves Truck Stop. Always love a good Hardee’s meal and wish we had more locations other than Pine Hills, Mims and Sanford.

I’m 1000% not the person to leave negative reviews, but my experience in the drive thru tonight was awful and unnecessary. I’ve went a few times and each I waited at least 25 minutes just to get to the window. I could overhear the car behind me being asked 3 different times for their order. Maybe bad timing on my part, but I have trouble not seeing a pattern. Especially when I finally make it to the window and the older woman seems very frustrated. We’ve all been there. I’ve worked retail. I’ve worked food. But you fake it to you make it. This woman then shoves my food at me then slams her window after shouting “hot ham!”. I had said literally nothing to this woman to feel like I was bothering her to do the job she applied for. I also wasn’t going to complain about the food but I waited truthfully 30 minutes for a hot ham sandwich with dry crispy meat and 0 cheese.
