Excited to pass a Hardee’s, I hadn’t eaten since the morning before and had my mouth ready for the Frisco breakfast sandwich with an extra fried egg. I asked them to cut it in half. I pulled around and parked so they could bring my hour food out. Upon checking there was almost no meat on the sandwich and it wasn’t cut in half. I went inside, showed them and asked for it to be done over. They called Mgt from the back who said “there’s 4 pcs of meat on there. They just didn’t spread it out”. Rather than fix it, that’s the response I got. I decided to ask for a refund. She asked for my receipt b/c the way the girl rang it in drive thru and the way she rang it, yielded 2 different totals!!! I left frustrated and hungry. One of the employees said “you might as well let her keep it since we just find throw it away anyway.” Just know… they didn’t.

I love their food. The smallest burger is huge. And it’s a real beef patty. Thick. Fries are better than the other places also. And I think they are actually cheaper than Mc…….and BK. Way better food and prices. Proportions are way bigger also.

Good food, for fast food, but they always seem understaffed and wait times are way too long, especially during peak times. Almost every time I order through the drive through, I have to pull to the side and wait for the order to be brought out. Staff also needs to be better trained on customer interactions.

Would have given 0 stars but had to give at least 1 star to enter review. Went to drive thru, while trying to order the girl could not get the order straight. She would jump from item to item, back to first item, then got an attitude when we had to keep repeating our order. Hardee’s will never get our business based on this visit. Like Alfred Hardee’s do better!

The only reason I gave two stars was due to the great customer service I received. Quick, convenient, friendly. Food….not good. Greasy and it was later in the day so maybe it had been sitting a while. I’ll give breakfast a try bc I have heard good things.
