Nope! if you driving thru just continue to drive thru. I was very very surprised to find out they actually are open…granted none existent drive thru that is wasting space and it look like your going into a dark valley to get served exactly what you expect they would serve…

The drive thru once again was closed. I like others are ♿. There for getting in and out of a vehicle is a problem. I used to go there almost everyday. Now I pass bye on my way the another establishment. Enjoyed the food but don’t miss the hassle. When you ask they say they are short of help. Thank God there are places not short of help. Please get this store some help

Seriously how are they still open. Drive thru is nonexistent, it’s inside of gas station?! Overall looks like it has been closed or about to. Please go elsewhere, 1 minute away is 2 other places.

I have been a fairly regular customer of this Hardee’s for a few years (usually for breakfast). There was a change of managers a few months ago and the customer service and quality of food has suffered. Where employees used to be friendly and engaging with the customers while efficiently filling orders, they are now robotic and customers are made to feel like its a burden or chore to provide service.

Went to the Minneola fl Hardees today (March 5, 2022) at 3:15pm. I pulled up to the speaker to place my order, there were 3 of their employees sitting about 10ft from me at a table outside. Apparently there was nobody inside to take my order because nobody greeted me over the speaker. I finally asked them if they were closed. One of them said “I don’t know I’m off the clock.” At that point I pulled up to the window (which was open). I hollered in “are you open”. Nobody came to the window and I left. This isn’t the first time I’ve been there that nobody took my order. I’m very disappointed with this location.

Place is very poorly managed. I stopped by Hardee’s for breakfast this morning (10/24/21) and the posted hours on Google and at the counter shows that Hardee’s opens at 7am on Sundays. I went to order around 7:05 a.m. and the associate just arrived and stated that they open later on Sundays. I said that the sign says you open at 5 a.m. on Mon-Sat and 7 a.m on Sundays. I asked if the hours are wrong on the sign in front of the register and she said they are and they don’t open until 8 a.m. on Sundays. She tried to not give me a time they open, therefore it appeared to me that she was just lying and got to work late. Either way I will not be returning until they are able to figure out their hours of operations.
