The lady with crochet braids is very unprofessional and rude. They never said anything at the speaker box and when we drove up, she got an attitude and would not take my order!!! I spent 10 minutes of my 30 minute lunch break waiting for them and when I pulled to the window, they were all standing around the front counter playing and talking.

Moved back to Tuscaloosa couple of days ago and was so excited to see Hardees up and running again!!!! Land of the thick burger lol as Michelle would say lol. Michelle and Jessica always kept me coming back every morning before work, they are awesome hard working ladies..I was very sad to hear Jessica wasn’t there anymore. Got breakfast for me and my family and it was nice and fresh. Thanks for opening hardees back up and continuing great service.

Wouldn’t take my order said they didn’t have enough “cashiers” I was the only person there and 3-4 works were just sitting there not doing anything. So I won’t be back. Lazy so called employees wonder why people get aggravated with fast food services this was the location and Alabama on Highway 69 S.
