6Bring back the cinnamon raisin bisquit !!! Gravy and biscuits more consistently good When Tonia present restaurant peaceful no screaming. Margarita in charge Tonia off 7 personnel on duty door locked till 7:05 !! Great to have lobby opening at 6 am. !! 8/20 Margarita in charge 6:05 door not unlocked her attitude is that customers not welcome they should only utilize drive-thru. 8/25 Margarita in charge side door locked 7 people waiting to get in 6 vehicles several have drove off. She told me that this door would be locked when dark. Plenty of lights breaking dawn if the store is open including lobby why does she keep door locked ??? When Tonia present door is unlocked per company directive !! They should eliminate problem personnel not following company protocol !!

Hardee’s in Hartselle Al has just gotten ridiculously pathetic. They can’t get nothing out on time and there manager is constantly yelling at the employees. I know there has to be push or whatever but she is ridiculous!! I have always loved Hardee’s but they are ruining my love for Hardee’s!!!

Hardee’s corporate really ought to consider closing this location absolutely the worst part is I think I’ve ever visited. Not only can they not cook a biscuit without burning it I’ve given them three opportunities to be fair to get an order correct. In the last three visits not one order has successfully left their drive-thru correctly. Three strikes and you’re out I will not be revisiting this location corporate office really needs to close this. Not possible to give less than one star if it was they wouldn’t even receive half a star.

I have been coming here all of my life to this little Hartselle Hardee’s. Every now and then there may be a few bumps but my total experience has been very positive from the great people to the food. Once I even left my debit card at home and they gave me my food anyway. Who does that? Of course I quickly came back so the employee wouldn’t be out money but I thought that was awesome. The best breakfast in town to this day.
