My grand daughter and I went through the drive thru yesterday (4/01/2023). It took forever to get our order. Pulled into parking space to get food settled. My grand daughter says they messed mine up. I took it back to the window (still can’t enter the dinning room) I told the young man that it was wrong. The manager came over to the window screaming at me about these are only kids she is trying to train and that nobody wants to work. (This is not my fault) I go back to the car and proceed to get my food out only to find that it is also messed up, back to the window I go. I told the young man that this one wasn’t right either. Here comes that same lady (manager), screaming at me again about how the burger was remade with ketchup only, she had watched them remake it.She shoved the burger back at me and told me to take it and leave. Then she locked the window. I finally got her attention when I started to call the law. I then explained to her that I had placed two orders and this was the other burger. 30 minutes to get our order and a MANAGER that has no business trying to train persons to work with the public. I will no be going back there.

Went this morning to get breakfast for my Husband and myself . Absolutely worst experience and food . Asked for smoked sausage got a regular sausage biscuit. Gravy was barely in the bowls . Then to top it off went to eat the one thing I was looking most forward too . The cinnamon raisin biscuit looked as if it had been torn apart on purpose .

My husband ordered 2 meals through the drive through and brought it home. Came home (less than 1/2 mile) fries were cold and the burger was RAW. Not undercooked. RAW.

One of the worst places i have been. Petson raking orders was rude . When we went to pay was rude about about us giving 100.00 bill asked rudley if that was all we had. Husband looked in his wallet and told her yes. She just sat a looked at him then left 15 mins later came back with the wrong change got extremely rude yet again. Snatching the money from the register and tossing it to him them giving us our cold. Food. The food was poorly made. This place is a joke. Do not waste your time or money there.

Monday 8/8/22 ~6:00. I went through the drive-thru and ordered 4 regular Hot Ham and Cheese. The Drive through Menu listed them as $2.49 ea. I got to the window and the cashier said that the order $15.??. I said “Mame, how does my order come to $15.??. The sandwiches are $2.49ea.” She said “That’s what the register say.” I said,”Mame, at $2.49ea that only $9.96 +.85 tax = $10.81 for 4 sandwiches.” I asked to speak with the manager. He stood over by the serving counter and said loudly, What do need?” I said the price of my order was wrong. He said, “No it isn’t,” as he stepped back to look at the menu over his head inside the store. He said, “The sandwiches are $3.49ea.” I told him, “The outside menu said $2.49.” He said, “So do you want the sandwiches?” I said, “Not at $3.49ea.” He told the cashier to, “Just cancel the order.” I left and went to McDonald’s across the street.
