First time here. I ordered the bacon double cheese burger and fries with a drink. Food was good. Got plenty of ketchup. Bonus. The value was good. Service was above average than other fast food places I have been to. Bathroom was cleaned and well stocked. Recommend and Return. Happy Eating!

I used to go here almost daily for breakfast. I had TWO instances of my order being incorrect and being overcharged as a result. The first time the lady argued with me that I should just take the order she was giving me and the second time I didn’t catch it until it was too late. They almost never repeat your order back at the drive thru OR the window, never get a receipt. They’re in such a rush to get people out that they don’t check orders properly. I complained to corporate to get my stolen money back and it’s been two weeks and they still haven’t gotten back to me after I’ve contacted them twice. I will never go back here and I highly suggest not going to this location, but if you do, ask them to repeat your order before you hand them your card, ask for a receipt, and check your bag before you drive off. For some reason the staff wants you to do their job for them.

I must have waited in the drive through line what seemed to be 20 minutes. Said “Hello?” multiple times with no reply. Line of cars backed up behind me and customers behind me saying “just pull up, they’re in there!” So I did. A worker came to the window and was dumbfounded that I was there. I said that I believe the intercom isn’t working but she said that it was. I asked if I could go ahead and give my order now. Her manager (who didn’t have the courage to face me personally) told the worker to tell me that I need to go around in get in the back of the drive through line. The line was now nearly 10 cars. I will never go back to that place again. Poor service. Poor management. Even the facilities looked horribly dirty from what I could see through the window. I’m glad I didn’t get anything there. I might’ve ended up with food poisoning.

Last week the biscuits were just okay. This week the staff was hanging out in the parking lot behind the dumpster. The line wasn’t moving. Everybody hee haws back inside. The line still doesn’t move. I’m not going to wait on mediocre food.

I try to stop at the Drake Ave. Hardee’s about once a week or at least twice a month. This Hardee’s restaurant and the one at the corner of Green Cove and S. Memorial Pkwy, in my opinion, are the two best the franchise has in Huntsville. Friendly and courteous employees with great attitudes and dispositions that help get your day started in a positive way. I wish I could afford to stop by more often, however with this Democratic economy, I guess I’m fortunate I get to stop by at all. Thanks for your hard work and beautiful smiles, you guy are great! I didn’t mention the wonderful menu because everyone knows they have no competition when it comes to breakfast.
