Horrible!!! Threw mine away. First order was wrong, took it back, they remade my burger, got in my car and took a bite. It was like it had come straight out of the refrigerator…by this time fries were cold too…. took it back inside and tossed on the counter telling cashier it was cold…. no apologies or trying to make it right. 4 out of 5 times I have been there, my order has been wrong. Apathetic staff and managers. Won’t be back. Don’t waste your time and money.

This was literally my worst experience at a Hardee’s. The service was awful in the drive-in u… The cashier had no customer service, she kept asking us to hold on, and when she did speak to us it was inaudible at best. The way our food was made was done so carelessly, it was just thrown together. My sandwich had 2 different breads on it and the meat and cheese were cold on all the sandwiches. I dont usually complain, but I will be making a formal corporate complaint. Money down the drain.

Terrible customer service. The employee pictured was not wearing a name tag nor was anyone at this location. I think it’s corporate policy that the employees of Hardee’s have visible name tags. She just walked up to the counter / silently rude and looked at me. Barely spoke and made my experience bad. We normally order larger to go orders but now we will by somewhere else. * They scored a 90 on health department inspection * Use caution or avoid this place*

On March 29th 2023 i Ordered a double cheeseburger meal. Received and paid for a monster thick burger meal large. I didn’t request a large. Meat was under cooked. Fries were old. Will not be returning. Service has gone down the last few months.
