I have been going to this Hardee’s for 10 years and it’s always been good but now. They have a young girl working up there who loves to mess up people’s order. I don’t know if she is racist or just don’t care but I can’t come back because I don’t trust her with my food. This makes 3 weekends in a row that I have got mess up orders from the same girl so I am not coming back for a fourth time. I will bet that I am not the only one either.

Why does the dining room close before 5pm when they have it open for breakfast and lunch full house no problem. It’s not fair to your customers that don’t want to wait in the heat. Shouldn’t have to when you have a dining room available. It’s sad it feels like they don’t want to clean front of house so they lock you out.

Waited in drive-thru line for 12 mins before able to order. Up-sized my combo to large with suggestion of the order taker. Received a large CARTON but definitely not a large ORDER of fries. Sandwich looked great but was cold. Will try again another time just to see if this visit was just a fluke…

Unfortunately, I have to give a poor review at this time. The food was not fresh. I ordered a Breakfast Platter with Sausage. Gravy bowl was filled half way. Sausage was old and dried out, Hash browns were cold, the eggs were brown and the texture was horrible. Let me not forget the hard biscuit. This location is drive-thru only. Was there a price increase? My order cost almost double in a short time frame.

The burgers were fantastic. I would say the service was a little bit disappointing but not everybody has a good day and maybe that’s what the issue when I went in there was. But I’m not going in there for the conversation I’m going in there to get good food the char-broiled burgers from Hardee’s (I hate to admit it) maybe better than Wendy’s!

Will never eat here again. Twice in the last month I’ve gotten a burger from here. The first time I thought was a fluke, but the second time I’m convinced there is a problem. The burgers do not taste right. They were undercooked, and both times i was unable to finish my meal. I’ve tried calling the store but never seem to get anyone to answer.

Workers are slow not in a hurry for nothing. They act like they are truly incompetent and they very rude. They are out of every drink today and only had water or powerade and they did not mention this until I got to the window after I’d already ordered coke. When you get there first thing when they open in the morning they make you go to the parking lot and it takes them atleast 10 mins to bring your food out. I had a lady get very disrespectful with me when I was told to pull around to the parking lot because I didn’t park up front in the handicap parking spaces so she didn’t have to walk 2 spaces further. I told her that thise spaces weren’t for me and only for people who are truly handicapped she said next time I’d have to get out of my car to get my food because she wasn’t walking any further. This place is a disgrace and it has done nothing but go down hill for years now.

Went there last night and the manager is rude like normal. No customer service at all. After telling him a number 8 and a number 13 I wasn’t finished but before i could finish ordering he said OK drive around. No total nothing. Like this quite often when we go there but dont want to drive way out of the way. Needs new management
