If ordering breakfast, you have to ask for it to be freshly made or it will be like cardboard. When you ask for not old biscuits you will have to pull forward and wait 15 minutes at the drive through. Then when the person at the window states please pull forward and we will bring it out in a few minutes, any sauce such as mustard or even napkins ain’t coming. You have to get out of your vehicle and go back in to get it.

Walking into Hardee’s to pick up an order 4 employee’s 3 on break and order sitting on the computer to be processed after waiting 5 minutes finally someone ask if I needed help. Oh and by the way No one is eating or at drive thru. Waited 15 for a dash so awesome…. great service this is the second time this happens.

Sat. In drive thru for 20 mins. They pulled us up to edge of sidewalk. We was the only vehicle for 10 mins then they was giving people in drive thru there while we was still waiting.
