If it weren’t for Kavian, I would have scored it much lower. Of the three employees, she was the most efficient and helpful person. There was no hand sanitation available and the health score was low at 90. This location was the least busy of all the several fast food choices nearby. The air-conditioning not working made eating in uncomfortable.

The workers and manager on duty was impeccable and still trying and doing there best to work in a inferno to give customers there food the district manager here should be ashamed allowing he’s workers to work in such harsh conditions but they definitely did my food right and hot and I appreciate the workers that are still working in such bad conditions.

I came here and ordered the Frisco meal for breakfast. The menu stated the meal was 4.99 and the sandwich was 6.99. They told me that the price was incorrect and therefore they had to charge me the higher price. You can’t post one price and charge another. There were two people there claiming to be the manager and both told me there was nothing they could do. The district manager was at church and controlled the price. I came back the next morning (to take a pic of the price) and it was still listed as a 4.99 meal. This is bad business and I will make sure others are made aware.

We live locally and every single time we try to go here, there is 1 employee working, usually if there are any they are sleeping in the dining area. They tell you the chicken tenders are frozen. They don’t have any. They’re closed. I honestly have no idea how they stay open. I’ll be glad when they close and can open something useful. Hardee’s, as a franchise, has good food. This place is just workers drawing a check for doing nothing and telling customers excuses, it seems like.

Always out of everything, The last burger I got was an ice cold patty. manager could care less. Employees don’t care about anything at this place. Used to be a decent spot. Now it’s a horrible spot to eat at.

Nothing was working in the lobby as far as drink machines, and they were out of napkins. The poor girl at counter was having to cut brown paper towels into napkins with a pair of scissors! But, at least they were at work and trying. The food was good!

I arrived at this location after traveling 4 hours. I saw the advertisement for the chicken and waffles and thought I would try it. I asked the cashier how was it and she replied I haven’t had it but I know the chicken is good. I said OK she then told me to to pull around front because they had you cooked fresh.. A few minutes later she arrived at my car with a huge smile with my order and told me to have a great day.. Excited I reached in the back and my fries were warm. Considering I was hungry I decided I wouldn’t complain at least the same which would be hot it’d be hot. When I opened the wrapper I saw saul what appeared to be a joke. Usually when I write a review I don’t have a picture a picture. I was so outdone this time I took a picture of it and sent it to several family members in disbelief.. I decided I could not take it. I went inside to return the sandwich and receive my $8.02 refund Costs for this pork’s use for waffle and chicken sandwich warm fries and a Dr Pepper The manager asked me asked me what the problem was and I advise her to look in the bag She asked if I wanted anything else I replied no just a refund and I’ll be on my way She didn’t really seem bothered by the fact that I told her the waffle looked like crumbs in my fries were warm. Sorry Hardy’s you missed the mark this time

Hardee’s has been on the decline for years, paradime investment group is most likely going out of business. Very limited drink choices, they don’t do refills, staff is very rude, food is barley made, my tomato was on my sandwich was white. Ghetto people ruin good places

No one there except my sister and I and one other lady but we waited quite a while before our order was ready. I’m not sure what was going on but maybe they were training someone. The food was delicious so that was a definite plus.
