Don’t think I’ll be eating at Hardee’s anymore after this experience. The drink machines didn’t work, no napkins or condiments available inside, and the staff seemed totally clueless. My families food came out 10 minutes before mine. When my burger finally came out it was even cooked all the way. I’m not eating a rare fast food burger. Fries were cold, chicken fingers were cold, and my wife said her burger was terrible. We picked around, but mostly tossed our food. I did ask for a refund for my uncooked burger, which the employee couldn’t figure out, so she stepped away to do something else. Since we had already been there for half an hour, I cut my losses and left. I also watched them get 3 to 4 orders wrong in the drive-through during the time we were there. Who ever owns this place should have their franchise license revoked.

Drink machines down, no straws, napkins, or condiments where customers can reach them. Had to wait on coffee to be made. Had 10 employees working, but the ones standing around could be restocking and cleaning the restaurant. Employees also park by the doors. We thought the place was very busy until we went inside and saw only one customer.

I have been visiting the Bay Minette location for the last few weeks, breakfast only. I had to take a moment to comment on the employees at this location. My total trip for ordering to checkout is usually less than 2 min. These ladies here rock. They promptly take the order, the order is ready as soon as you hit the window, and they take your payment within seconds. The order is always correct, fast, hot and fresh. They are very courteous and pleasant. They work together like an well oiled machine. I called to thank them last week, but I hope the company recognizes their hard work and excellent service. It has been consistent for two weeks, daily, so no fluke service. Will definitely continue to visit this location. A rare experience at fast food companies.

The wait time at the drive thru was really long(15 minutes)with only two cars in line and the order taker had an attitude. The bread truck had time to come and damn near finish unloading. This store sucked today.

I was inside ordering the other day and this tall lady with red hair was yelling. She was so loud that the person taking my order and I couldn’t hear anything. So the lady taking my order speaks up and she gets yelled at. These people here need to be more respectful to there coworkers or just don’t need to work at all.
