I have to say something about one of your employees and I hope you do not think that I’m just one of his buddies who is trying to hook him up with good feedback. I don’t know him from Adam but had a few minutes to chat with him because business was slow and I can honestly say that you are truly blessed to have that man working for you! I didn’t catch his name but I can tell you that he is a black man, tatoos, was working the drive through around 3pm today and that man is 100% truly dedicated to his job, he takes pride in his work and he is the most pleasant person I’ve ever had the honor of meeting. So if you’re ever considering giving him a raise, I highly recommend it. He’s the type of man who is working hard to provide for his beloved family, give them a great life and will turn his children into true assets to this country and people like him deserve appreciation and recognition in this world who seldom ever shows people like him any appreciation whatsoever.

Staff was very friendly food was great. But something needs to be done about their air conditioning it’s broke and the poor employees are having it rough its so hot in there.The food score was a 95 so I’m not saying anything bad about that but having to rely on box fans while cooking is ridiculous. I hope someone higher up sees this and fixes the issue for them Noone is dining in because it’s to HOT!

I was trying to order a sausage breakfast platter but they had no gravy. So then I changed my order to a super sausage biscuit but now that has been discontinued. So then I ordered a sausage egg cheese biscuit with an extra sausage patty & an extra slice of cheese. They charged me $4.99 for a super sausage biscuit then also charged me $1.34 extra for a folded egg. Then I ordered a large hash brown. After I left, I realized they only gave me a small hash brown. My sub total was $8.58 my tax was $0.77 Grand total $9.35. With no drink. The food is always outstanding. The prices on their food is terrible. I am not impressed with their staff. Not giving me what I ordered with the hash browns & also being overcharged for food. I will not be coming here again. It’s a sad situation because I grew up with Hardee’s & I love it. But It’s just not worth it anymore. This is not the first time. this is the reason for my review

Had to use drive thru. 1st problem. Ordered 2 meals with a coke and a sweet tea. Easy right. Not here. She asked if I wanted to add a sweet tea. No we ordered 2 meals want 2 drinks. So we told her we ordered 2 meals want 2 drinks. She caught an attitude and told us she isn’t serving us go somewhere else.

Don’t stop here unless you want to be disappointed. The food was cold, and the place had so many bugs inside it was disgusting. The bathroom was dirty, and it smelled like something died in there. Oh, and it was super hot in there. What a waste of money. Should have gone next door to Burger King. The only positive thing I can say was that one of the employees was friendly.

Been coming to this location for years and it’s gone downhill recently with the workers. Second displeasing visit in the last month. Both visits involved the rude loud guy who shouldn’t be working the window. If you don’t have something and know you are out of it, tell the customer while ordering, saying we didn’t charge you after you get your food doesn’t allow the customer to order something different. Guy at the window copped an attitude, snatched headset off and stormed off and older woman “manager” who came to the window wasn’t any more knowledgeable about customer service. Last week we ordered three biscuits and found out only one was the correct one once we got home and we had the same rude loud unhinged guy at the window that morning. Guessing since the manager and that one employee share the same lousy attitude, that’s the service expected. We will eat somewhere else.

Waited in the drive thru a little over 10 minutes with no one OB front of us, For 2 giant roast beef sandwiches and an order of garlic cheesy fries, which came in a fruit loop box. We had to ask for horseradish sauce twice. The staff was polite but VERY slow. The food was rather sad looking, ofcourse it never looks like the commercials or the pictures but they should at least look similar, as you can see in the posted pics. The food actually did tasty pretty good which was a pleasant surprise from the look of it.

I love hardees but this is the worst one ive ever been to ! My breakfast was cold . The other day i had 2 medium coffees . They gave me a total of 2 creamers and so i bought a milk . T9day they gave me 2 creamers and i asked for extra . Instead of the 10cent charge they tried the other day ., they just cheared me 25cents a piece so i could have a total of 4 creamers . My coffee is still too dark and the food is cold

I went in to use bath and should have left. The door was filthy. For 8.99 I do expect more. What I got was not acceptable and Hardee’s needs to step up and clean up and give the customer what they pay for. Service at window was good and efficient but food ruined it.
