Went inside for lunch a few days ago. Everything went as expected. I received my food and sat down to eat. I was very surprised by how good the burger looked. The lettuce was very green, the tomatoes and onions were fresh. The patty was charred nicely. This was one of the best fast food burgers I have had in a while. Excuse the photo since I ate half before remembering to take a photo. I will eat here again.

Ordered sandwiches and were given the wrong items. When employees reluctantly remade items they were not warmed up at all. The manager tried to be nice after but the employees were very rude and the food was inedible

My scenario is odd because normally I have decent service from them. But that experience that killed it for me will not be going back. I was in the drive-thru I put in an order but then I realize when I got up the drive-thru I couldn’t find my wallet So I waited instead of getting out of line to let the guy know up front that hey I didn’t have my wallet you know I apologized The guy gave me the ugliest look and took the food and flung it across into a trash can. it was such an evil look as if I had stolen money from him. The order was for a biscuit a plain biscuit less than $3. There is no way I will be rude to my customer for making an honest mistake. I would have even came back around and paid for it. The crazy thing is as soon as I pulled off I found the wallet it was deep on the side of my seat it fell down to the cracks but I felt so disrespected that I just didn’t go back.

They told us that since there was no manager and nobody had a master key they wouldn’t take my coupon that was from a coupon book that I bought. And that was the first time I had that problem. But with their attitude it will be my last time I go there.

This particular restaurant seems to always be low on inventory for drinks, slow on service, and horrible at prepping food. 100% this particular Hardee’s is the worst restaurant I’ve ever been to. Hands down. I love Hardee’s food, just not this one.

The food is great here but you will be over charged every time you come through. You can say you want a small hash brown and they will charge u for a large and give u a half empty box! This has happened multiple times so I feel like it’s their policy to upcharge your order!

Placed my order at 11 01 did not receive it until 11:17 and this is what it looked like.. I watched many people get their orders and leave that it came in behind me and yes I know that thing’s cook at different times but I could hear the cook yelling from the back do you still need the three sliders, that would have been about 15 minutes after I ordered them. You can obviously see that they are burnt to a crisp . I went to get my money back they quickly threw everything in the Box, cold fries, greasy cookie and to top it off I had only ordered a box with two double sliders and one single slider on the side. What I received was inedible, even my dogs wouldn’t eat it. This was at the Hardee’s in Theodore, two days ago we ordered the same thing from the Hardee’s in Loxley and our order was excellent, we enjoyed it so that is why I went back again. No I will not bring my order back up there to have it replaced, I will not make the drive back to get something that should have been right in the first place. I would suggest that you do not go to this Hardee’s for any reason, even when I frequent it in the morning it is always a hassle and half the time the food isn’t right. BTW, spent 20 years working in the food industry and I know this is not how it’s supposed to be.
