Had an amazing experience with the staff here, they have ketchup here with the states on them. So long story short they helped my daughter look for ketchup of the states we have traveled through on our road trip. They didn’t have to but they took the next step and helped her. It was nice to see someone do this out of the kindness of her heart, thank you Hardee’s team member Ashely Bennette. The food was really good too I got the load breakfast biscuit and it was really good. Good food, good people.

Food was hot and fresh. The lady who took my order was friendly however we had to pull around and wait. We waited for a good 10 minutes when there was only one person inside and two people in the drive through. They got their food before we did. Otherwise this location is okay.

It started when I walked in. The floor is super sticky and you just feel gross. Please buy and use some pinesol or something and change the mop water. Next my order was wrong. Perhaps I spoke to fast but the. I went up to get my BBQ sandwich only. I paid for it and and I received the combo without the drink. My same order was wrong twice and the second time I didn’t even get what I paid for. The milkshake didn’t even hit the fill line. Bathroom have much to be desired. Definitely not worth coming here. I

It’s a wonder this place isn’t closed down. It would be a great location for a thriving restaurant. My husband wanted to stop by. we went one day one week and went back this weekend. I’m not sure why. The place looks abandoned just about everything you pass by. I would have never known they were open if we hadn’t pulled in. It was a you lady sitting in the restaurant eating. So we went to the door and it was locked. It wasn’t late in the evening but it was definitely after 3 pm. Attempted to say, “Hey, drive thru,” is opened. The worker I. The dining room just ignored us. Come to find out that the other young lady sitting inside eating was one of the workers’ daughters. We went to the drive-through. A lady took our order. We pulled up paid and was told to pull around, and they would bring out our order. After about 5 minutes wait while she brings our food, and we leave. The fish sandwiches were hot along with the fries, but the grilled chicken was cold, old, and dried out. Which should not have happened after we waited patiently. But since we had already left. We didn’t worry about it. Since we were downtown this past weekend, my husband wanted to go back, so we did. This time, we ordered all fish sandwiches, fries, drinks, etc. Once again, inside closed. Placed order, pulled up to window to pay, and asked to pull around. We parked and waited. Food came out. Only 2 of the 4 fish sandwiches were hot. The other two were cold and old. Fries were barely room temp. Plus, they left off the cheese that my husband added extra to all of them. Plus, they left off everything else. what am I going to do with a cold, dry old fish sandwich? Just fish and bread . I sent it all back because I refused to leave without checking my food this time. We will never return to this restaurant. It is too much of a Hassel and inconvenience. People’s time is valuable, to have to wait patiently and then wait again. This is due to laziness and not disposing of old food in a timely matter.

Left early for work. Arrived at 0627 AM CST. Placed an order for bacon egg and cheese biscuit with extra bacon, sausage egg and cheese biscuit, and 12 sausage biscuits so I could feed my staff at Mobile Infirmary. The manager taking the order at the drive through moaned out loud when I ordered the 12 sausage biscuits. I asked her if that was too much for them and she said no, they could handle it. I went to the window and paid for my order. I was NOT provided with a receipt. They asked me to pull around and wait by the front door. I expected this which is why I left early to give them more time. I had tried to call ahead to place the order, but no one answered the phone and the app wasn’t working.
