Had chicken biscuit & tea. Tea was very good. Chicken tasted like it was cooked in old oil. And this was around 9:15 in the morning. This has happened consistently at this restaurant. I will go to a Hardee’s farther away the next time I want a chicken biscuit.

It’s 8:20 on a Friday night. I’m wanting a burger. I see Hardee’s lit up like a Christmas tree and the parking lot nearly full of cars. Pull to the drive-thru and after no response after a minute or two I pull off. Look through the windows as I drive by and see no one behind the counter or in the lobby. I couldn’t see inside with the way i came in. After leaving I check google and it says this place closed at 8pm. Was going to get a monster burger, guess I’ll just have a Baconator from Wendy’s instead.

Keona was our cashier today (per the receipt), she was SO friendly and outgoing! As many people know, this isn’t very common most places these days. She made our visit very enjoyable and the food was made fresh and was good.

Went last night to drive through. Told they had a delivery and all food frozen. Be some time for food. How can you run a business like that and not have any food during dinner rush. Can’t employees handle food prep and putting away food? Pathetic. We liked the place in the past but you’ve now lost a good customer.

I went there on Sunday morning, 2/19, around 8:15AM for the first time to this location. There was a long line of cars at the drive thru, I was not in a hurry so I decided to wait. I wanted to let you know your staff did a wonderful job! The line moved very quickly and my order was ready when I reached the window and was perfect. Please please please congratulate those workers. They did a great job and I will be back!
