We came into hardees for breakfast it was a simple order at 9 am in the morning received a chicken biscuit that was so dark it looked like it was used from the day before and redropped in old grease when we returned to ask for either a refund or our money the employees where outside having a conversation we asked if we could come inside and was told no so we went back through the drive thru only to be met with attitude from attendant she told us to move our vehicle and we asked why and she said that we are not going to speak to her that way. I have never received such poor service my husband is retired Marine he was not able to eat are take his medication.
