Half the time I come here the door is locked. Do you have to go through the drive-thru. I went to the counter to order my food. The manager walks right past me doesn’t ask to see what I want the young lady and back preparing the food. She got my food order going then the manager came out and took my order. The lobby is not very clean.

They get your order wrong ALL THE TIME. I asked for a cookie that they left out of my order and they asked me if I called, I did, they wouldn’t answer their phone. $1 cookie and you’ve lost a customer, good job. Ordered a meal with no pickles this time and guess what….pickles. The time before I ordered a cheeseburger plain and they put ketchup and mustard. Their solution is you need to check your order each time before you leave the store……no, READ. READ THE PIECE OF PAPER THAT SAYS HOW THE CUSTOMER WANTS THEIR FOOD. Literally 3/4 times it’s wrong and they lost me as a customer because of a $1 cookie, good job.
