I just wanted to praise this location. We haven’t ate here in months but we stopped in today. I was on a goodwill hunt. The staff and manager were super friendly and efficient. Food was hot and correct. It’s changed for the good. Will have to start coming more often..

They banned my dad for no reason. He was standing at the edge of the counter and they told him it is a hazard to stand “behind” the counter even he didn’t. He checked his receipt and he said no cheese on his burger but the receipt didn’t show that, So he told the guy no cheese on his burger but he told him it was a hazard without acknowledging what he said. My dad knew the kitchen was loud so he said it loudly where they could hear him, But the employee told the manager and the manager banned my dad without asking what was wrong. The people here completely failed their job. This location got my dad angry, he is not gonna come back anyway. I was there when this all happened, I had nothing to do with this. It it not his fault, If your employees were taught to listen to the customer when they don’t want certain ingredients in their good, this nonsense would’ve happened.

Order a sausage egg biscuit today. Via Door Dash so this really have nothing to do with the delivery service. I did not order a sausage SLIVER EGG BISCUIT. What in the world is this? Does staff not care?Does quality not matter anymore. I like Hardee’s but today you all really messed up and I will be sending these photos to the corporate office and to the local manager at Hardee’s.

Got the Frisco, bread was not toasted, crust was hard. They had no sugar to make sweet tea. Was not hot. Delivery showed up and supplies were in the middle of cooking area. Employees had to walk around the products. Looked like a mess.

There’s one lady working drive through that is usually rude if you ask her questions. When I ask for salsa she tells me they don’t have any when any other time they give me some. I’m sure she just doesn’t know but it would be nice if she’d simply ask someone else if they have some so they can show her. When I tried to explain what the packet looked like she just aggressively told me “we don’t have any” so I said okay and moved on. The breakfast food has also increasingly gotten worse. There’s not much on the biscuits anymore.

I visited Hardee’s in Clarksville, TN for lunch and I enjoyed the food. The burgers were juicy and the fries were crispy. However, I was disappointed by the slow service. It took more than 10 minutes to get my order. I hope they can improve their efficiency in the future.
