Ordered 3 simple 3 piece tender meals. Were never told a wait time. Just asked to pull up. We watched customers come and go while we sat and waited. After 20 minutes they told us they were in the middle of cleaning the fryers (at 7pm on a Wednesday) and our food would be ready soon. We got a refund and left. #1 you inform folks of what’s going on BEFORE they pay.#2 you clean the fryers at the end of shift at 10pm. #3 you work in customer service so check your nasty attitudes and act like it. We decided to go to Dock 17 instead and had our food in 10 minutes with a friend server. Good riddance Hardee’s.

Even seven months later and every time I have come to your store I had an issue either with every single order I have placed at this location very rarely out of every time I have visited your location. Have you gotten my order right? Giving me the correct food or even giving me the customer service that I deserve when I am literally paying for a minimum of 2 to 3 to 4 of your employees salary for an hour show when I get this level of customer service from your store it’s a sad day to say that customer service is no longer present at your company. Furthermore, once again, I spent $40 today at your store. I have had eight back surgeries, and I was told in the drive-through that I needed to come in and get my food where I politely told the lady at the window if that was the case that I would need to cancel the entire $40 order due to the fact that I’ve had eight back surgeries, and the reason I choose to go through the drive-through and use the mobile app is due to my disability. Took thirty minutes to get food. Then had to wait 10 more minutes for milkshake. Only 2 people working the cashier kept telling everyone. Drive thru people kept coming in asking where the food was. Or coming in complaining that order was wrong. Cashier got loud a couple of times. Very unpleasant.

I had very low expectations since the reviews were so mixed, but wow was I pleasantly surprised! We came for lunch and our food was hot and crispy, and you know how some places taste like old oil? Not here! It all tasted clean and delicious. The best chicken strips I’ve had in a long time!! I enjoyed my food so much I forgot to take a picture before I finished it haha. I don’t know how it looked before the remodel, but it’s so nice inside! Comfortable seating, nice big tinted windows, very clean. And the young lady who took our order and the man with glasses on the grill were both really nice to us and fast!! Maybe we got lucky that we came when it wasn’t slammed when we came in for lunch today (Saturday), but we highly recommend giving this Hardee’s a try. 🙂

They gave me literally half of what I ordered. The money I saved from my rewards points was basically irrelevant because I didn’t receive the other things that I did pay for. And this was a mobile order so it’s not like they misheard me or something. They just didn’t give me an entire drink, order of fries, or dipping sauce.

Worst experience ever. The fries were old and extremely hard. They were so hard they were crunchy. The chicken tenders taste llike burnt grease. They were cooked to fast and slightly raw in the middle. 22 dollars gone down the drain. I will never eat here again. It was such a horrific experience.

Ya know usually I’m not a Hardee’s guy… usually I’ll go for the clown over anything. But the clown has been disappointing me. So head on over to Hardee’s. Let me tell you the food and the staff were fantastic. I was made to feel welcome. Food was hot, fast and delicious. I definitely recommend the Madison Street location.
