Food was amazing. Been open an hour. Couldn’t break a $100 on a $35 ticket. Drink machine wasn’t on. Manager hadn’t tried the food so couldn’t tell you anything about it. $15/hr and there wasn’t a competent person up front. On a positive note, the Philly cheesesteak burrito is amazing. Would like to have some salsa with it but they don’t have it.

We wanted to try some place new for a burger. So we went to Hardee’s. These guys do it right! I got a #2 combo with everything. It’s a super burger with everything, fries, and drink. Amazing. Smoked flavor to the burger, fries were fresh. The burger was sliding off the bun. That was not a problem because it wasn’t going to be there for long. I had my reservations about trying them today. Really glad I gave it a chance. Quick mentions on the experience, the drive thru was quick and the staff polite. It’s in a busy section on the street so you want to try to turn right to get there. Definitely will go back.

Food is really good. The lobby is closed to often with only drive through. Saturdays and Sundays breakfast times sometimes waiting to both order and get your food is horrific. Seen many people just walk out in frustration. Line for drive through sometimes out to highway 96. Don’t understand. Covid is over! Bad location to get in and out of because of so much traffic. Is it that difficult to find employees ? Hardees corporate needs to address the employee retention problem in some way. Hard to believe Hardee’s and Carl’s Jr’s headquarters are now in franklin tennessee and this in right in there backyard. I personally don’t want this location to fail but have my doubts on how financially they survive.

The restaurant was clean, the food was fresh and the staff was very friendly. The GM came out because it took a little longer than expected and apologized. Honestly, the service was still faster than most of the other restaurants around the area. I was very impressed with the professionalism here!

Two burgers, mushroom & swiss and frisco, $13! Poor value! Fairly tasty but cold when got home 4 miles away. Bread barely toasted, soggy upon arrival. Had to reheat. Not impressed.

My wife and I visited this Hardee’s early this morning. We were immediately greeted by Chantell . It was like she was welcoming us into her very own home and kitchen. Yes, they were busy with other customers, and, the drive thru. I would have to say that her attitude and manners and professionalism were above par compared to high end restaurants in the Franklin, TN area. She even brought our food over to our table. We were not expecting that. The food was delicious, the restaurant was clean. I made sure to go back to the counter and personally thank her for everything. You could tell that her parents brought her up properly. I hope that your management sees this. Well done Chantell. Impressive. You made our day.

They were mobbed at about 9am. But food was very good. I have always thought Hardee’s food was very good but they had trouble with appearance and condition of the store. The one I visited was clean and up to date.

Ordered through doordash, and first dasher delivered to wrong address. Offered and chose a ‘remake my order’ option. This restaurant refused to remake my order for the second delivery dasher. Doordash said they will refund total cost and they will address the store with possible banning of servers for a period of time. Good! Forget this place! Carl’s Jr is better anyway!

The breakfast shift at this location continually provides great customer service. They are very kind and polite. The food is always hot and fresh. The only complaint I would make is that the screen doesn’t always work at the drive thru. This has never been an issue though as they have not once messed up my order in 16 plus years of visiting this location.
