We went to our local Hardee’s this evening. We were in the drive-through where my husband was rushed through his order. By the time we got to the window we were told to pull up and the food will be brought out to us. No big deal …However, there was no cars other than us in line so I don’t know what the holdup was. When my husband did receive our food, he said thank you to the lady and she did not respond and quite honestly felt more on the rude side. Overall terrible customer service skills. Not to mention my large fry was more like “No fry” it was half empty!! What a rip off !

I feel as though the hours of operation for the dining room either need to be adjusted, or the lobby available during the posted hours. The website and the doors show that they open for full operation at 5 AM. I continue to attempt to arrive around 6 just to give it a chance, because I love Hardee’s breakfast.

I really enjoy going through the drive-through getting breakfast. Every time I have been the staff is amazing. They are polite. They are quick and they are efficient. That is important in customer service and you just don’t get that nowadays. Thank you for your excellent customer service. It does not go unnoticed.

Went to get a pickup order the employee that assisted me was extremely rude getting upset with me when my tone stayed the same the entire experience and she gave me coke when I never asked for it was upset after I told her that’s not what I wanted but instead wanted sweet tea she then proceeded to dump out the drinks and not give us new cup but reuse the cup with coke in it so we had coke taste to our tea. Will not be stopping by here again.

Arrived at 5:45 pm for dinner and we should have turned around when we saw the employees getting high in the parking lot right in front of the door. They tried to roll up the windows when we were walking by but it didn’t help. As soon as we walked in we were treated as an inconvenience. We were ignored by multiple employees until someone finally stopped sweeping to take our order. We were about to be served fries that looked like they had been there all day. We asked for fresh fries but are sure we were served re heated fries. Chicken tenders were cold. The only thing that was good was my boyfriends burger. Will NEVER go there again. No one in there acted as if they cared about their job and definitely not the customer.

Great food, but the service was outstanding. We were there on April 17th around 2:00 PM and a young man of medium build, waited on us; I wish I knew his name. He couldn’t have been more nice. It’s employees like this that make the difference versus other establishments.

Just ordered my food and the older African American guy acted like it bothered him to take my order. I also asked for curly fries then he huffed. Very disrespectful. He should definitely be coached on some customer service! Don’t recommend.
