Placed a drive through order at 6pm on 8/11 for my son and I during a long road trip. Window attendant was incredibly friendly, but I missed her name. The food was done in less than 3 minutes and was piping hot and fresh.

Once I got to my location to eat I noticed I had hair in the cheese of my biscuit. I called nobody answered. Went online to contact them and they said someone would reach out in 2/3 days . That was about 2 weeks ago. Haven’t heard anything.

WORST SERVICE EVER. The woman named Creek is beyond incompetent. Ordered a simple burrito. Gave me a biscuit. Told them it was wrong. Creek accused my wife of ordering it wrong. Rang it back up. And got a biscuit again. I walked away due to time restraint with no money back and hungry. Filing a formal corporate complaint.

ONE OF THE WORST SERVICE EVER. The woman named Katie, blonde with glasses, is beyond RUDE. I ordered 3 burgers. They only gave me two and they left out a fry. I had a receipt and told them it was wrong, but Katie didn’t seem to care to correct it. Katie wanted to ring me back up for the missing items. I walked away because I was not about to waste any more of my money for them just to mess it up again.

My niece and I went to this Hardees and the sign for a number two was $12.something and she got the number 6 which was $9. Something. Anyways we were charged $16.32 and $13.35. When I told the gir, which had a really bad hair cut and it was reddish pink she didn’t care. I told her what the sign said, but she just kept repeating the amount. I should have just drove away, but honestly my air conditioner in my house had been out all day and it was 93degrees in my house so I wasn’t cooking. Anyway when we got our receipts I saw where she charged for each item instead of the meal. When she gave us our food I told her and she just look at me when pooking eyes and said OK. She didn’t give a rat’s rehind. Its a shame that this world will get u anyway it can. Just buyer be ware. Look at the sign and the prices and sound them about ut. If enough people complain maybe they will do right but who knows. Some people just don’t care.

This is probably the best Hardee’s I’ve ever been to. We waited maybe 5 minutes for our food, but it’s was 100% worth it. I’ve never had a more beautiful fast food burger. The fries were also perfect, and the manager was very friendly. I wish every Hardee’s was like this one.

I have struggled with this restaurant. It’s always been hit or miss. I’m not interstate traveler. I actually live on this Rd. The past 2 times I’ve come have been a relief to say the least. Elijah is the first of at least 20 employees that I’ve come across here since it’s opened, that’s a very polite and professional team that he has. 5⭐ There is one kid here that needs to be running the restaurant and his name is Isiah, as a business owner, I know someone like this young man’s worth! He needs to be a manger!!!

I try to stop here at least 3 to 4 times a week while I get gas. And I never am Able? To purchase anything from the store. It should not take 30 minutes to an hour for a shift change. How can it be a 24 hour store when you even close the drive-through down for an hour?
