So my husband and I just went thru the drive thru and ordered the bacon fried egg combo and the loaded omelet combo. Our biscuits were very greasy and when I opened to look at mu biscuit which was the bacon fried egg, it was green. Presentationshould be key. This ain’t Dr. Seus green eggs and ham restaurant. Like seriously, hardees I want my refund! I’m not eating green eggs!

Absolutely terrible and bad customer service. Worst experience at a Hardee’s I’ve ever received. I ordered a loaded omelet biscuit and got the most pathetic looking item ever that looks like it was sitting in a warmer for a long time. The coffee was awful and cold

This place always has issues, they should just close this location. This location has been in a steady decline for the last 3-4 years. I ordered pickup, I get there and the doors are locked and it’s 12:00pm. People line up in the drive thru, wait awhile and then pull out and leave.
