The store seemed to take pride in Portland. 2 stars for cleanliness. However, they clearly do not take pride in their food. I was skeptical at first being the only customer there on a Friday at 5pm. My intuition was right. Stay far away from this place. $11 for a cold chicken sandwich and fries. Haha how do these places even stay in business???

Nothing about this visit was good. Everyone was trying to take a smoke break when we pulled up. Therefore waiting on us was an inconvenience. Our order was taken and we sat down while our food was being prepared. The girl brought our food to us and our fries were warm. Not hot, just warm and greasy. One burger was decent and the other one was cold. As we’re eating this food I’m watching these workers go in and out of the restaurant and come back inside and they’re not washing their hands or anything. If I’d seen this going on before I ate I would have refused to eat the meal. We’ve given several chances to this location to see of it’s improved but dinner is awful every time. I’ll stick to breakfast here because it’s always been good. Also several tables were dirty. We had to find a clean one. This is someone’s livelihood and these employees could care less.

Ok morning after crazy wind storms and tons of trees down in the area along with most people without power. I’m he staff still was running strong and upbeat and positive! Kudos to all the staff! Y’all do a great job even when the line is out the door and cars are backed up in the road!!! I wish all other fast food restaurants had this management team along with the rest of it’s staff! Thanks for all y’all’s hard work in making Portland, TN Great!

I get it, food industry is tough right now – but Brandon ain’t got the fries in a headlock man. The charbroiled chicken sandy was excellent as usual but the fry game was weak today… Service was friendly, but I was a little salty about those fries for real.

Everything from bottom to top was a 10 and in comparison to Macdonalds and sonic ( isn’t clean at all) and taco bell. Nice and polite workers and good food. A 6 on cleanliness but all other is 8 to 10
