Went to the drive thru and seemed to be the only one ordering at the time in the entire restaurant. While the food was delivered quickly, it was incorrect and had cold fries. I ordered a very easy to provide plain chicken sandwich and when I got to my destination (2 miles away) I discovered it had mayo on both sides. Luckily they did such a horrible job with that, I was able to wipe most of it off the bun and chicken. I was able to add additional items to cover what did remain to make it editable. I would recommend avoiding this location. Not worth the $10. It also seemed to be a manager that gave me the order.

Smyrna, TN Hardee’s needs a refresher making biscuits. The top crust is hard, the bottom crust is too soft and the inside is way too thick ànd sometimes lardy where they don’t cook all the way through. Need to take lessons from Lavergne, Tennessee.

I want to give a shout out to Dawn for her great service. All employees can learn from her how to work with dedication. She was kind and as I was eating I was amazed to see her going from one side to the other from taking orders to serving food. Thank you Dawn and God bless you. Food was also wonderful.

Milkshakes were not on the menu, I ordered a bacon, egg and cheese biscuit and was told they were out of eggs…so I ordered French toast sticks and had to wait in the drive thru 30 mins to get my food….

..suffering from the recession and the increased prices in beef, what was once one of the best hamburgers in town no matter which one on the menu, the over-all taste is gone, their large drink is now significantly smaller to the size of McDonald’s large and the once great, larger cut fries are the small thinner, smaller cut as McDonald’s as well. At least Hardee’s has great biscuits

Unprofessional. First of all, it took almost half an hour to go through the drive thru to get two cinnamon raisin biscuits. I pulled into a parking space to eat the cinnamon raisin biscuits. They were both hard as a rock and had a funky taste to them. I’ve eaten cinnamon raisin biscuits many times at other Hardee’s locations and they were always soft and tasted great. I don’t know what they are doing different at this location but it’s not working.
