Waited for over 15 minutes in the drive thru with only 2 cars ahead of me. Fries was very greasy but the sandwiches and chicken strips was hot and fresh. Not sure what the hold up was but totally not worth spending half my lunch break waiting in the drive thru.

Earlier I bought a bacon egg and cheese biscuit and had to throw it away after a couple of bites. Very dry and bad tasting. It appears I am not the first to post a comment as to the poor quality. I will strictly go to the Congress Pkwy. location from now on. Much better quality.

If you want to customize your order go elsewhere. Here they will tell you , sounds like you do not want the item, when you ask about order customization. Poor customer service but that is mostly on the managers. Properly train your register workers please so they do not look like a deer in the headlights when people asks questions.

Tried The Philly Breakfast Burrito And it was really good….then went back a Day or two later gonna get one for My Husband to try…but he doesn’t like peppers and onions….So I ack for One With no peppers and onions..they let Me know that it comes together And I told them well he can try And pick them out…. AND to My surprise The ( Cook?? I think) asked me to give him a few And he would see what he could do….so after a few more minutes I pulled forward And then My food came out With a smile …. Awesome….. Cook didn’t Have to but did…. And showing Me taking that little extra few minutes to help Me impressed My husband And he loved it….. Great job Great Crew…. Will definitely go back there….Thanks to you All ☺️

If you eat here, plan on waiting 30-45 minutes in the drive thru even if there are only 3-4 cars. Food is usually ok. But the amount of time spent waiting is absolutely atrocious. Understaffed and absolutely NO sense of urgency. Also they’re more than likely closed even when it says they’re open apparently.
