This is a really good Hardee’s. My wife and I like to visit late in the evening and eat inside, and they always treat us super nice and the burgers are outstanding. And their breakfast is solid. And the facility is always clean.

I come to this Hardee’s a lot. I ordered my usual 5 piece, and it seems the quality of your meal truly depends on who makes it. I must speak on the many issues this establishment has. For one, I came in a few days ago. Warm day. The air conditioning was not on. Hot and stuffy. Then I see only one poor teenage girl trying to make what looked to be a mountain of orders while the woman at the front counter just stood there and watched. Didn’t seem to care that the young thing was struggling, and seeming to sweat her behind off! I couldn’t imagine how hot it would be near the machinery seeing as how hot it was up front! Next is the quality of the food. The chicken should be hot and fresh. Mine was lukewarm at best and looked to have sat out for hours! Disgusting! The only time I am ever treated as a human being is when two teenage girls make my order, the blonde young lady at the window is so friendly, asking how your day is, if you need anything. The other one looks to be a bit older, ginger headed with a ring in her nose, always so sweet and attentive. I’m tempted to ask for service from those young girls and those young girls only!

Sopped here on our way to pigeon forge and it was an excellent lunch. The food was fast, hot, and fresh. The fries were amazing. The GM was very nice and asked about our experience. Definitley would reccomend this place to passerbys.

Went thru drive thru ordered food parking lot empty and was told burger and fries and apple pie would take 10 to 12 minutes to fix. Order was messed up food half cooked. Will have breakfast but that is all.

I ordered 3 breakfast platters a few days ago and the gravy wasn’t packaged separately and it was all over the rest of the food.(some people don’t like their food mixed together) Hash rounds aren’t very great when they have gravy all over them. French toast is always over cooked.

Only thing good in the order was the strips cause they had to cook fresh ones. The fries were so old and chewy essentially inedible. Gross. The apple pies were dried out and very chewy. Again, Gross. Even the Dr Pepper tasted old/off. Not sure who is running this place but they are borderline health department closure material at this point.

Burnt edges, and i mean black Burnt, one patty smaller than the other, mustard everywhere on the paper. It should have never been served like that. Just make breakfast cause you cant do lunch or dinner..
