The food can be good “if” they provide the food that you ordered. We eat at the restaurant a few times per month, and it’s okay if we get coupons, but we wouldn’t eat there at full price due to the sluggish service, sticky tables, and messed up orders.

Used to be my favorite breakfast. This morning was the worst experience I’ve ever had at the Colonial Heights Hardee’s drive thru. The lady taking the order didn’t turn off the speaker when she was talking to coworkers, making it difficult to know if she was taking my order. She also sounded sick. The cashier was not friendly at all. When I got to the window, she asked what I had ordered. I told her I ordered 2 steak biscuits, and she told me the total. A lady came to the cashier with a bag with a biscuit and gravy in it. The cashier told the lady that she needed 2 steak biscuits to which the lady replied that 2 steak biscuits hadn’t been ordered. She went to the back and came back with 2 biscuits, and the cashier shoved the bag at me and said, “Here.” When I unwrapped our biscuits after getting home, they were in a different wrapper than what I’m used to and the meat was shaped differently than a steak biscuit. Upon biting into it, I discovered it was a chicken biscuit. It wasn’t bad, but I really, really wanted a steak biscuit. And when I looked at the receipt, it was for a biscuit and gravy. This is the only poor review I’ve ever left. I won’t go back to Hardee’s for at least a year, to give this crew time to cycle out of the system.

The absolute best Hardee’s in the tri cities. The breakfast is soooo good. The edges of their biscuits aren’t hard like they are at the others. EVERYTHING is a lot better than other Hardees, especially the one on Stone Drive.

Maybe they had a bad day or something. We got there at 11:56am. Tried to order French toast dips for my 3 year old. Despite being served until noon, the lady working the drive-through simply replied with “we on lunch now.” No explanation, no apology, nothing. Just “we on lunch now.”

Don’t waist your time or gas trying to eat here. Don’t matter what u order and pay for they gonna give you whatever they got laying around . Cinnamon rolls are undercooked and soggy. They let you pay for stuff they don’t bother to give you and want you to pay for their sloppy incopitence. They are a disgrace to the worst fast food places. Everything is expensive enough with having to pay for gas and travel back and fourth over and over. For them to figure out how to get your order right.. ibdont even want the food .. I want my money so someone competent can fix my breakfast right the 1st time. If that’s how they run the front of the house. I hate to imagine how they treat our food. I will never eat here again.

When I go to Hardee’s I always order a mushroom Swiss burger combo and I make my fries no salt because salt causes my blood pressure to go high. The burger barely had mushrooms on it and the burger was dry. They did have great service but I wish I checked my burger before I left
