To the people who’ve left the negative reviews this past year or so, the main reason you’ve gotten poor service is probably from either being rude yourselves, or having complicated orders. Between that, or just completely lying. Hardee’s does it’s best with what they have.

I’m a fan of the Philly cheese steak burrito.. I have went through the drive through and ordered this on 2 separate occasions and both times I have made it home to open my burrito and find that my burrito was rolled so much that it’s literally smaller than my hand and i have fairly small hands. Due to the juices and terrible rolling of the burrito they have turned soggy and busted open leaving them non edible and a complete waste of money which is very irritating considering I’m paying $5 for the burrito. This hardees was actually my first job, and I can say under the management at the time something like this would never have been tolerated or acceptable. Since this location has been taking over by new owners and management the service and quality has dropped to an all time low. Its ridiculous and bad business. I believe I will no longer be a customer in the future.

This morning I arrived at Hardee’s in Mountain city and was met by hostility towards two girls with colored hair and my father proceeded to order a 2 Large drink small hash brown meals with large drinks he gets to the window and the girl is slippery and aggravated that he did not say a large drink and a large hash brown when all he wanted was a large drink and a small hash brown which was what he ordered the girl was he got very angry in my Father told her she was rude and she got extremely angry and this is not a professional customer service at all I have had multiple occasions on which sandwiches and meals have not been corrected all this is the worst Hardee’s establishment in years and the New management has not done anything better for it McDonald’s will be getting my business from now on this is ridiculous
