Breakfast is supposed to be served until 11:00am. They were “out of biscuits ” at 10:45, and not the least bit apologetic. Obviously the manager does not know how to run a breakfast shift, or the proper amount of biscuits would have been prepared. Most restaurants keep a spreadsheet of how much the sell per day to prevent such an occurrence. And the rudeness of the order taker! Instead of I’m sorry we only have 5 biscuits, she just yelled over the DT speaker. No apology at all.

Drive through they was rude and after I got my order they got my order wrong and made my milkshake wrong and I told them I said no whipcream and the other lady being a smartas* told me not to come back to her store cause supposedly I got hateful and if I did cause I was waiting forever just on a milkshake

Ordered a burger through the drive thru no other customers and I waited probably 10 minutes for my food thinking it was being cooked. Finally got my meal and it was lukewarm and I couldn’t even finish it,it just wasn’t good. Recommend an overhaul of the staff. Don’t waste your time and money not worth it. No explanation just waiting not once did anyone say anything just handed me my food through the window.

Went here for lunch it was around 11am waited a good 20 minutes on food my daughter ordered chicken strips , I ordered the frisco burger , and my daughter got chicken sandwich thinking because of the wait it should be good and fresh sense they just started serving lunch the French fries was hard and crunchy and cold !! My daughter chicken strips was hard like it was old food … I am normally not one to complain but this was awful … we ended up not eating our food my burger tasted like burnt charcoal it was awful we will not be back out and not only the food was bad the one who was taking orders was not friendly at all …
