Ordered the Hot Ham and Swiss which I love, it had 4 thin little pieces of ham and I actually had to look for the cheese. The bun was waaaay too big for the meats that were used. Should have just used a kids bun. Very disappointed.

So I went around 5:30 thru the drive thru.. the girls behind the window were snickering and kept making eye contact with me. Thought about asking for a refund when this happened, which I should have . After a couple minutes my food comes. I was up all night sick! Will not be back!!!

Just stopped here. Stood at the counter for several minutes, with three or four employees milling behind the counter. We tried to ask if there was anyone taking orders, but were ignored. Then an older woman (maybe the manager) approached us. She didn’t stop, but said in passing, “Someone will be right with you.”. After two or three minutes, I said, “Let’s go.”. As we headed out, one of the employees who had been milling called out, “oh, I can help you.”. Too late. Almost ten minutes of our lives gone.

It’s Hardee’s OK? It was clean and service was typical fast food service except we got 2 combos and they forgot 1 Tator tot and straw. I think they forgot it was 2 identical orders.

I have been here twice since moving to the area and I need a lot of food when feeding my family of 7. But both times I was missing MULTIPLE food items. I contacted support with my receipt info both times and received no assistance. I didn’t realize it until we get home both times, but to drive back at dinnertime is ridiculous. How difficult is it to put every purchased item into a bag?
