Be sure to go at least 3 hours before closing time. Anytime after 8 and you may not be able to get half of the menu- sweet tea is for sure off the menu, if they run out early…oh well! Other than that the food is amazing and hot.

This is not OK. Employees not being professional. Walking around with food behind the counter. Rang up order incorrectly. Waited fifteen minutes, and we had to go ask for our food, which was ready and getting cold. Manager did come out and address, but in apology only. No offer for discount or anything. Just excuses about new employees.

To the franchise owner: Lack of profit isnt because of the quality of food, it’s the horrifically slow service & lack of leadership. 30 minutes to get a burger & fries. 6 employees inside, no dine customers, 2 cars in line. Half of order was still missing.

Went there with my best friend as we went to fish. It was so slow, and a cashier wanted to tell everyone about her visit with her ex husband in prison rather than get food and orders as she was apparently very late to work due to said prison visit. I want to go fish and have a biscuit. I do not care about your ex husband nor do I care why you were late. Get me my food and do that other on your own time. Was there 25 minutes for 3 biscuits. Unacceptable. Hardee’s everywhere has went downhill so bad!!!!! When I worked there it would’ve have been tolerated.
