This place is horrible. Service is terrible maybe they don’t like minorities. I asked Jessica D for a super biscuit with a regular egg on it, not the fried egg. She repeated it back to me and proceeded to type like she was putting in the register for my order. As I can she didn’t do that. I should’ve checked my order before leaving. Smh lazy and sorry employees, the place wasn’t packed and I asked a simple question. If it couldn’t be done then she could’ve said they can’t do that…. she should be disciplined. Maybe she’s racist, maybe the whole area is.

Waited in line at the register for ten minutes while everyone behind the counter ignored me and the line forming behind me. The line went out the door. It took me 15 minutes to get the food I paid for and it was only a bacon egg and cheese biscuit meal. Not a hard order at all! Terrible service with a mediocre crew of dimwits.

Went into the Hardee’s in Oliver Springs TN to sit down and have breakfast. The three females working drive through ignored me but the guy making the food looked directly at me. I waited approximately five minutes and left. Only a few vehicles in drive through and no reason someone couldn’t speak or take my order. Very pathetic attitude of the females that avoided me.
