Very unfriendly food was below average. I have been eating at Carl’s jr and hardee’s for 20+ years , this was the worst experience. Hopefully they get a decent manager to fix this before it’s too late.

Never have I walked into a fast food place in the South where everyone looked so depressed. And EVERYONE had their phone in their hand. No one was paying attention to the patrons. It took over 5 mins for someone to even notice we were there. Then the girl (who was a manager) said: What would you like? Excuse me? Don’t you mean can I help you? So lucky the food was good and hot so that was a plus, or this place might need corporate to step in, seriously! I left there feeling a little depressed myself! I overheard gossip about other employees, cussing and I was only there about 20 mins. Bad juju in there.

Sad place of business, Don’t waste your time here. They messed up our order three times. Had to return to get them to make it right and they made me wait 25 min to get my sandwich remade. They kept giving me the wrong one. So disappointed. Everyone was confused . Save yourself time and find someplace else!

I love the Superstar with cheese meal 99.99% of the time these guys are great and you can’t ask any more of people than that I think. The cook/manager with the long hair is so kind and he does a good job on the grill. Love and Peace to all.

At one time I was an extreme regular, stopping for breakfast and dinner several times a week. Their menu items are great and most of the staff are very friendly. However, prices are exploding everywhere and the burger, fries and drink I ordered was about $12.00, which is a bit too high for me. Less than a mile away, I can get a similar competitive meal for about $4.00 less. Eating take away anywhere is becoming less an alternative to preparing meals at home but remains an occasional splurge on the go.

Today I ordered a bacon egg and cheese. I got no egg. Really?? More than 80% of the time my order is screwed up. And it’s simple things. We never order anything complicated. Small Town with limited restaurant options, so we eat there often. Our Hardee’s is just terrible.

Excellent food. best Hardees sandwich i had in a LONG time. Quick service (for a Hardees). Clean nice modern building. Only problem during visit was a minor issue with the soda dispenser. Great friendly crew.
