This place is hit or miss. We locals have excepted the fact you are short staffed and not open on time etc. But is it too much to ask that employees pull their pants up above their rear and to not wipe their runny nose and immediately handle our food and to change gloves after handling our money. Either lack of personal responsibility or poor training you pick. We like the food and try to support you but this stuff makes a person not want to come back.

Dirty dining room with sticky floors, unfriendly, and non talkative employees. Very slow service. One car is at the drive thru, and two people inside eatting and I’ve been waiting about 15 minutes. The workers here seem to not want to be here. Lunch time 6-5-2023

The food is poor especially for the price, the staff hardly acknowledges anyone inside the store, apparently they make 10 burgers let them sit around until they’re all gone which could be all day, they even failed to grill the Frisco bun, the food is usually either luke warm or cold, the store hours change every day, window hours say 6am but it can be anywhere from 6 until 10 or whenever they decide to close, I honestly don’t know how they’re still in business. They’ve went down hill over the years but this past year has been ridiculous

Worst hardee’s experience yet. I’m sure the lady was alone or the only person working but the lobby was closed and locked but there were 3 carloads of cops inside eating. This was at 7 am. I had to wait in drive thru for 20 min. I was picking up a uber eats order and ordering 2 sausage biscuits for myself. I felt sorry for the lady. She was nice but the biscuits were hard the sausage raw and almost scrambled. Hardees everywhere cannot keep good help.
