Strawberry shake is good, but way overpriced at almost $5 (only 1 size). The big hot ham n cheese x2 (almost $7 each) was awful because the buns were soggy and the ham had a funny taste because it was most definitely “nuked” in the microwave after the sandwiches had been sitting for a while. Service was not speedy for that type of food. The restaurant was clean.

Paid $30 for 3 of the big hot ham and cheeses. Drove 30 mins for them. Just for them not to tell me they are out of the Swiss cheese. Also whole place was full of smoke like something caught fire. Asked for curly fries they were all half and half like maybe the were running out of curly fries as well. For this to be the only Hardee’s Jackson has I was super disappointed.

So I stopped at this hardee’s on my way to oklahoma for breakfast, Hardee’s is normally my go-to place for breakfast. I absolutely love the chicken biscuit, However, I am pretty sure that the chicken on the biscuit had been lying under a heat for at least 3 days. It was so bad I threw the chicken out the window and ate just a biscuit.

Every table was dirty. Had to get a manager to clean a table. They got the fries wrong. The burger wasn’t up to temp. When I talked to get my fries corrected. They were thrown in the bag and emptied. I couldn’t find one good thing to say.

I gave three stars because I visited this Hardee’s a day before with NO ONE in the restaurant or drive-thru. Ordered the double with cheese and an order of curly fries. People, my burger, was terrible, fries cold. Let me break down the burger. The patty was thin as a dime and warm only in the center, but fresh veggies. I threw it in the trash with disappointment and frustration. Why would you serve someone cold food with no one in your restaurant or drive thru. Hardee’s don’t do well at lunch, so you would think that they would have cooked to order, and I think people would appreciate that. The best time to go to this place is for breakfast. Don’t waste your time for lunch or dinner..

I came in apparently at the start of their breakfast because the lunch menu was initially up and I waited for 5 minutes for someone to take my order. By the time they did, the breakfast menu replaced the lunch. And yet the food wasn’t fresh!!! They literally grabbed a pre-made burrito off the heating line, but only AFTER the cashier made fun of me for returning when I initially didn’t want breakfast. But the Loves itself had an even less appealing menu…
